the wind in my hair, the sand in my toes, the tan on my mind

this was my favorite photoshoot EVER. something about the beach, the wind, and the excitement of knowing a tan was coming my way (threatening transparency is no longer acceptable in april). leah and i headed over to sapelo island in south georgia to take these photos and found ourselves on a very bumpy boat ride.. it kind of made me wish we could just slow down and take it all in- isn't the ocean beautiful?




i thought bringing a coat was going to be ridiculous and hot, and ill admit i wasnt too keen on wearing it once we got off the boat; but it came in handy on the ride over there. salty wind from the sea in april? freezinggg.




i wish there was some way to mimic the ocean hair look. i've tried the ghd sea spray and i love it but i feel like it just completely fries my hair. any suggestions? im going for an mk&a grungy wavy look..
