VENA CAVA (DIY) two-tone dress
(DIY dress, forever 21 belt and bangles, zara shoes)
just find a cute piece of fabric and pull it into a shirr stitch, hem the bottom, and sew it on to any shirt or cami you want! i made the same t-shirt from teen vogue because vena cava is a totally rocking brand.. and i wore it with a belt to pull the whole thing together
