(sigh) sweet january. you're all aware what this means, right? no? well, let me just express myself in a few words. FUR, MINKS, LAMB, SHEEP, RABBIT, LLAMA.. GORGEOUSNESS!

(vintage fur, DIY headband, zco jeans, thrifted boots, express shirt)

and i want to give props to those who are brave enough to shop at ikea- the most overwhelming and overall stressful store EVER. no wonder i went straight to the kitchen section. oh yeah, and picked up mix for sweedish breakfast rolls and sweedish pancakes. are they any good?

Where did you get all of your fur coats? Vintage? I was all excited to steal some of my mom's old fur coats and then I found out they are all cracked from the dry air/not being cared for.

You are beautiful. Seriously, I love your style.

This past Christmas my Grandma handed me down her old fur coat. It's AMAZING (I'll have to share a photo one day). And I love it even more because it is the same jacket she wore on her honeymoon with my Grandpa many moon ago. Seriously, loves! <3

Hello, what a absolutely cool place (gorgeous pictures!); your style is a mirror image of mine, even though I am twice your age (if not more.;) Never too old for vintage and bohemian, right?;)
Ikea is my favorite store, but considering I grew up in Sweden, I am very familiar with it.;)
Happy 2010 and thank you for your visit and a great comment,

ooh i love your fur coats!!! well, for the headpiece, i just wrapped a long coin belly dance chain around my head, fastened it so that it fit around my forehead, letting the extra chain hang down in the back. i then brought the extra chain around to the front, tucking it in the headband part just above my ear, letting it dangle down. i then pinned the brooch onto the headband. hope that helps! let me know if you have any more questions =)

You look fabulous...I think I should keep stocking up my fur coat, vest...since I only have ONE. hehe...
Also, I notice you mostly have one color or only 2 mixed fur COATs, you can try mixed gray, brown, white, taupe fur VEST...and longer fur hair, it will add more fun to an outfit. (My only one is a vest and I am loving it to every single fur hair...haha...)
Happy new year.
